How do I check your availability for my wedding day?
I love to have a quick phone call with the couple before pencilling in a date, so we get a feel for each other and you choose the right person for the job. But I understand that you also might be reading this late at night when you have the time (and I don't particularly want a work call at 10pm at night 😅) So if that is the case feel free to fill out the online form and I'll get back to you.

Can we see more detailed samples of your previous work?
Ah you're diligent, I like it! I have a small collection on my website for potential clients to see as I normally preserve the privacy of my couples as best as I can. But, with their permission, I do have private galleries I am allowed to show prospective clients - just let me know in the call or on the online form that you'd like to see this.

What is your pricing structure?
Every wedding is different and I try to cater for a range of unique requirements (the weirder the better!) I normally work within a half day (starting from £750) or a full day rate (starting from £1200). Of course additional charges apply for things like additional time, photobooks, longer video requests, additional shooters etc. All things that will be clearly outlined as we go through what it is you need for your wedding day.

How many hours of coverage do you provide?
So a half day is 3-4 hours and a full day is normally bride getting ready to first dance. Of course if you need more or less that can also be catered for.

Do you offer both photography and videography?
Short answer yes, long answer no.
If you want me to do both, you have to appreciate that some things will need to be sacrificed as I cannot do two things at one time (obvs) so it would mean favouring pictures over videos or vice versa for the big moments. Normally ok for those on tighter budgets. Otherwise I will always advise to have separate people for each and I know and work with other photographers and videographers for such occasions.

Do you recommend second shooters?
100% - but I appreciate that not every couple can indulge in the luxury of such. What I'd recommend is a second shooter for part of the day not all of the day - totally depends on what elements you want captured. Second shooters mean of course you get more content but you'll also get more candid and special moments that most people do not see let alone remember.

Do you have back up equipment in case of technical issues?
Yes. Unfortunately things happen outside of our control but we will do our utmost to ensure your day is captured in a professional manner and not to miss anything for you.

How long after the wedding will we receive the final photos and/or videos?
The normal timeline is between 2-4 weeks. If I can deliver them sooner, I will.

Do we get to choose the final images?
You don't need to, there is no max on the number of images I provide. It's your special day and I want couples, families and friends to enjoy all the moments I capture.

How do we receive the images?
Generally they will be delivered digitally via an online image sharing platform. If however you've opted for a photobook and prints then they will be delivered to you by recorded delivery. I will email when they have been posted and when you can expect to receive them.

What if family and friends want copies?
I can share a digital link for family and friends to log on and download their own copies which you can share with them on your social media channels. I also offer a friends and family add on with the photobook packages which you can purchase smaller photobooks to give as gifts to your nearest and dearest (normally something given to parents of the couple or very close friends).

Do we get to choose the images for a photo album?
Yes you certainly can or I can put as many images into the photo album as possible in a documentary style way to remove the stress of choosing between images and what order you want them in. This is were delays can be on how long it may take for you to choose images! 😜

Do we get to amend the final video?
Yes, I will create a first draft for your approval. I normally edit this to a moving speech that's made or to a beautiful royalty free sound track. You will get one amendment session which I will then amend and deliver the final video to you, either digitally or via a usb.

How far do you travel and do you travel abroad?
I can go wherever it is you're intending to hold your wedding 🥰. If it is abroad I'm happy to talk about the accommodation arrangements and come to an agreement that is beneficial for the both of us.

I'm in need of help with wedding suppliers such as caterers, planners, florists etc can you help?
Yes of course! I have a vast network of reliable and trustworthy suppliers I can certainly recommend. Again mention it in the wedding inquiry form and I can make introductions for you.
Can you provide some cool ideas on how to make my wedding fun?
Yes! From unique ways to capture pictures of guests to favour ideas as well as interesting wedding party fun - you'll simply need to ask me what types of things you like some ideas on and I'll get cooking on some fun!

Do you do engagement or save the date shoots?
Yes, I actually encourage them so that we can be familiar with each other when it comes to the wedding day and I feel more like an old friend and you feel comfortable around me. But this is essential of course.

I have family and friends abroad who cannot attend, are you able to help with a live stream?
This is certainly something we can discuss and see if it's workable at your venue.

Again this is certainly something we can discuss to see if we can arrange this for you.

Will you provide a contract that outlines the details of our agreement?
Yes, this will be an online document that we'll both sign.
